hopefully ull post here like u do on got fina swole. just for u gents know, he kows diets very well, i do a diet based on his and animabolics that works great, and would of never made the switch if i hadnt seen his posts

Glad to see you both made your way over here and to see you're posting!

These are some Very Knowledgable bros that I go way back with from the GotFina.com board.

Swole has hit the BB'ing world by storm when he made his debut - Not just winning Open Novice in his first contest, but the winning Overall Novice (and this is out in California!!). His next contest (shortly thereafter), he took second in Open Heavy and from all reports, he should have took everything home again, but "politics" seemed to play the role in placings. This contest was a "National" Qualifier, which yes, Swole qualified to go to the Nationals in his "second contest

! Sanblaster is very knowledgeable and a wealth of information. Both are welcome additions!
