Phidias...we dont know what to say! Hell, we dont know what to do with all the recent attention...LOL It really means a lot to hear all the nice things everyone is saying. Trust me when I tell you (and I'm sure every woman on here would agree) it sure lifts her spirits and motivation like never before because of all the kind words. She's going into her last week of prep for the Pittsburgh show this week so she needed that extra push for sure!


It is hilarious than she obviously loves the same sculptor as you! We both love the play on the name since we as bodybuilder/fitness/figure people are always trying to 'sculpt' our bodies into something else.

And for everyones info that didnt know, here is todays litle art history lesson:

Phidias or Pheidias (in Ancient Greek, Φειδίας); circa 480 BC – 430 BC), was a Greek sculptor, painter and architect, who lived in the 5th century BC, and is commonly regarded as one of the greatest of all sculptors of Classical Greece: Phidias' Statue of Zeus at Olympia was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Phidias also designed the statues of the goddess Athena on the Athenian Acropolis, namely the Athena Parthenos inside the Parthenon and the Athena Promachos, a colossal bronze statue of Athena which stood between it and the Propylaea, a monumental gateway that served as the entrance to the Acropolis in Athens.

I compared your progress pic of this year to your stage pics last year, and it looks like you're gonna come in looking even better (if that's possible)! Lucian and I will be in the audience cheering for you!!

Keep the positive attitude and try to stay calm and relaxed this week ... easier said than done, I know. LOL
