Your favorite bodybuilding breakfast..

Oatmeal pancakes:

10 eggs (2-3 whole eggs the rest is egg whites)
11/2 to 2 cups of dry instant oats.
6 paquets of splenda.
put all in blender then cook like pancakes.


Eggs in a rush:

10 eggs (2-3 whole eggs the rest is egg whites) scrambled.
2 Manny's mexican tortillas (cook in squillet).
2 slices of turquey bacon (per tortilla)
ketchup.

Makes 2 wraps

Well...........I love to have a 8-12 oz. steak, 4 eggs, hashbrowns, whole wheat toast, orange juice. I suppose that's not really a bodybuilding building breakfast.... but it's my favorite!

My Favorite Breakfast.

- 30g of protein from grilled chicken/turkey breast
- 1 large cup of natural oatmeal
- 30g of a good protein blend mixed in the oats

whole egg is wheere the per is the greatest, egg white or albumen is decent but cant compare with whole egg, beef, casein, whey and what not but still a goood way to get lowfat high protein nutritioin in

my breakfast is
2 cans chunk light tuna w/ low fat mayo (2 tbsp), 2 oz part skim mozzarella, 10 fish oil caps= 80 g protein, 34 g fat
 
yeah the whole egg is far superior but obviously that much fat adds up quick

chunk light??that shit is cheap , but tastes like cat food, yeccch

Thanks for the info. I think I will be replacing some of the eggs I eat with more chicken, fish and steak.




What about lean ground turkey? I can get it for only $.99 a pound.
 
lean ground tyrkey is a great source of cheap protein

usually 8-10gr fat per serving and 23 gr pro

Any chance you remember off hand what that serving size was?

Heck for only $.99 a pound I may replace all my eggs with it.

Of course I will have to weigh it after cooking if I want to be sure how much I am getting.

instynct with the concoctions u whip up in ur blender u should have no problem with chunk light, also thats why i throw in low fat mayo, to me its like pb, at first it was hard to go from skippy to natural pb but now i like natural more , same with diet sodas

that's a good point but i still gotta spring for the solid white and try to get the real good sales when it's like 75cents/can

Crowler any meat is considered a serving at 4oz uncooked or 3oz cooked (meat reduces from 4 to 3 oz in general when cooked so it is the same portion)

and yes at that price it is cheaper than eggs even on sale, especially if ya throw out a lot of yolks...

now if ya want quality protein powder cheap as possible just e-me...
