Your Favorite Offseason/Bulking Cycle

I figure since the competition season is kind of slowing down (except for NAs and Nationals anyways) people who did earlier shows like myself will be getting ready for an offseason, in my case a two year offseason. I would like to get an idea of everyone's favorite/most effective offseason/bulking cycle. You can put compounds, amounts, ancillaries, length of time, results, whatever! Just gettin some ideas flowin

that could be the best first post yet [almost reminds me of the list me thread days]
 
Bulking cycle...ok il give you the most important part of it....

300g+ protein per day
125g fats (try to make it mostly EFA's)
Carbs depending on what the days activity was

A split that fits my priority bodyparts and allows for recovery time while still hitting the bodyparts more than once every 7 days.

Recent addition of LBA's which are working very nicely i mite add.

INTENSITY in the gym.

works for me!

well, the details of my cycles are private but i will go out on a limb here and state that test will be the base of everyones bulker. the dosage depends on you and what you can tolerate as well as duration.
 
I think some people worry to much about what there going to use offseason more than worry about there diet and training programs...Honestly I worry more about my diet and cardio program than what I can get in the offseason...Alot of guys around my area ask for my advice on what to use offseason and I tell them just use 400mg of test and 200-300mg of EQ or Deca...Or small amout of some oral such as D-bol (20-30mg's per day)...Do that then eat good amount of protein, and clean carbs...Hit the gym, with some seriously intense workouts and watch yourself grow like crazy...
