I have to be in even better shape to have a fighting chance with in the meditereneans... just go to http://www.arabianmuscles.com/index.php?p=PageDetails&NewsID=253 , they just had the arabian championships in Eygpt and some of these guys are going to be there.. the overall winner was the winner from the 70kg class... can you imagine a 70kg guy winning over a super heavy??? Conditioning , striations, deep seperation these guys are phenomenal! Even though this contest is a regional contest... I feel it is even more hard then the European championships... which is an international championship.
