Weekend recomp strategy.
Been bustin ass in the heat this summer. Last Friday I weighed in at 242lbs, down from my normal 250. This a.m back at 250 but have not hit the gym in 10 days. Still feeling full and ripped and ready for the workouts and weekend party's.
Today: chest incline d-bell, 100 x 10 x 5, chest press machine, drop set of 6, cable crosses for another 8 sets.
8 sets of dips, then some long head ext superset w- delt ext till blown!
Back to some up crosses to engorge the blood into the chest.
10 ius hgh 1 hr prior
pre workout, anarchary, 30 gms bcaas, 1 scoop size-on and 60 gms honey.
Mixed in w- 1o gms halo, 25 gms drol, 25 dbol and 10 tbol.
200 mcgs MGF post followed by 100 mcgs LR3.
2 protein intra shakes with 75gms whey iso and 30 gms dextrin each.
Maintain a fairly clean, high protein diet the rest of the day, 10 more halo and 25 more drol, then deffenetly some icecream to feed the LR3.
Sat, light Back and bize, all the same but only 5 ius and 50 lr3.
Protien shakes at 50 gms w-30 dextrin but skip the honey to keep bloat minimal...lol
2 oclock pre- Party with some nitros oxide tabs and halo to show the world what a true Alpha Male looks like!!!!
Sunday.. same pre party, same time, same place, deferent band and crowd!
