But my thinking is a little different now. A restricted calorie diet will not produce growth. However, an unrestricted calorie diet will.
However, excess calories are stored as fat. So what can we do?!?

I think if more guys followed this, staying lean while getting larger would be more of a rule and less of an exception.
I have noticed with guys who stay lean: (like Tenny)
1. Make improvements year after year
2. Never claim to gain 10, hell even 5, pounds a month.
3. Always look sharp come gameday.

Whenever I have attempted such a feat, I gain zero strength and thus no size. It seems I have to put on a couple inches round the waist to gain a significant amount of muscle.
