Is getting big while staying lean a pipe dream?

Whenever I have attempted such a feat, I gain zero strength and thus no size. It seems I have to put on a couple inches round the waist to gain a significant amount of muscle.
 
Discover trenbolone grasshopper. And run it at a ratio that the test wont overpower and make you chunky. Eat a lot and the tren will turn the food into lean muscle not blubber. I like a ratio of 2 to one for a lean bulk. So 1000 test 500 tren you wont get fat unless your diet is measured in trips to chinese buffets. No other AAS does it for me.

To me it depends on three things.
1. What you are starting with as far as your body and wt
2. What you call big (Your goal)
3. And what you call lean.

No amount of drugs can get you to your goal if any of the 3 is out of proportion.

But my thinking is a little different now. A restricted calorie diet will not produce growth. However, an unrestricted calorie diet will.

However, excess calories are stored as fat. So what can we do?!?

I think if more guys followed this, staying lean while getting larger would be more of a rule and less of an exception.

2. Never claim to gain 10, hell even 5, pounds a month.

Once again....Restricted calories does not have to equal restricted nutrients.
 
Tren, EQ, and Test E= Big and lean with a good diet
 
Of coarse it's possible.
But like anything, it depends on your long term goals. And how much work your willing to put in. For some people it would be much easier to stay leaner while growing at a slower pace. That is, if your already eating a super clean diet year round.
There are always going to be many different answers, when all that really matters is the end result.
 
Tenny's right. You can do it, but even with Tren, you have to be patient. It'll take several months not weeks. Tren will allow you to eat more, but not "bulking levels" of more, and it will certainly change your body composition like nothing else. But as far as packing on sustainable mature muscle mass you just have to stop trying to do it in a cycle. It takes a long time when you're on calorie restrictions that staying lean requires.
 
I think tren is very effective at recomposition.. But would taking tren for months like some people are recommending be safe on ones health?

Wouldn't taking a low gh dose (2iu) over a long period of time be more sustainable and better for your health?

Would 2 ius daily be adequate for this purpose?
2ius of quality GH with a pretty clean diet will yield good results, 4-8iu's of quality GH with even a half assed diet will yield great results.

i think 5 iu of rips would be more suitable than 2 iu but everyone is different i guess. I think the more gh the better....
