what about to reduce all the lactose sugar present even in the non-sugar added yogurts? I had a yogurt maker before and have seen and used such starter kits.. proper ones like fat free and sugar free with all the live cultures present... but it was many many years ago...

You won't notice a difference in taste - although you say you don't use sour cream. I feel there is no reason you can't have good tasting food to be in shape. Even with burgers - bison burgers on ezekiel bread with some mustard - awesome and it's not even really a cheat meal.

i like the triple zero oikos, love the stuff. i tried to do the plain kind for a while but i couldnt choke it down anymore. but i still use the plain stuff as a substitute for sour cream on tacos or burritos. never thought of mixing protein power with it. ill have to try it.

When I wake up hungry in the middle of the night, I grab a Chobani or Danon light and fit from the fridge. I also toss a few scoops on grilled chicken sometimes when I'm preparing a post workout meal to take with me to the gym.

Ah, I used to love it!! Still do, but it's more for when i'm bulking... Here's what I do, I get some plain greek yogurt, Fage, I think it is... I add a scoop or two of vanilla flavored whey protein and a handful of walnuts, I can't stop eating it! It's better than cheesecake, try it, you won't be able to stop eating it..
