Non fat greek yogurt is a staple in many bodybuilders diets. The brand I buy (fage) is only 90 calories for 3/4th cup (170g) This is with 0 fat, only 5g carbs, and 18g protein. The problem I've always faced is I think the "healthy" yogurts taste gross and sour but I always loved the highly sweetened ones with tons of sugar and fruit syrups added to it.
I've figured out a nice little hack that makes it taste amazing while keeping it very macro friendly.
Water Flavor Enhancers like Crystal Lite, Mia, Etc.
I add one packet and maybe a few artificial sweeteners if needed and It makes it taste so good it's hard to believe I'm still eating in a deficit. I usually top it with some fresh blueberries or raspberries to make it taste even better.
Pink Lemonade and Cherry Pomegranate have been my favorite to use so far, I'm curious if anyone else has tried this idea to turn their sour tasting greek yogurt into a sweetened macro friendly delicacy.
