recovery help needed

Iam a sprinter and in my first meet last thursday i pulled my hamstring, great start into the
saison, yeah! So i ice it and do all the other good stuff. I know that steroids help you recover faster, IS THERE ANY STEROID OUT THAT WOULD SPEED UP MY HEALING PROCESS? lET ME KNOW PLEASE IS MY LAST SAISON AND I DONT WANNA SIT AROUND, I DONT GET TESTED!! :cool: :confused: i heared that adequan is only good for joint repair and not muscle repair, is that true?

WELL

There are a few that would help speed up healing, but if I were you and a sprinter, I would use a little test prop and maybe some deca or eg. Most of the roids will help speed up healing quite a bit, but if you are not a user I don't want to ecourage you to start, because once you start,well you know.;)

taking aas will probably increase the the healing process but no to the extent it would be worth taking anything, I would increase amino acids and protein, it has been shown to increase the healing process of injurys like yours heres a good read

I'm with the majority here. Without knowing your age and stats, if have never been on follow some excellent advice here and stay off. It is not really the road to take. Amino acids in good quantity and quality will work wonder for recovery. Add some L-glutamine to your supps. This will aid in repair and recovery. Good luck.
