What dose do you guys run igflr3 at? I've only used 50mcg with great results... might try another run but higher dose.. maybe 100?

Low dose prebed is a great way to use Lr3, I personally prefer it over any other method.I take LR3 pre-bed, 10 mcg into that day's trained muscles.
