What dose do you guys run igflr3 at? I've only used 50mcg with great results... might try another run but higher dose.. maybe 100?

25mcg- 50mcg for long periods of time. Running higher doses seems to die down after a couple weeks

A friend of mine swears by lower dosages for longer periods for time.. I think he runs 40mcg for 50days+

I'd like to try 100mcgs+ but it is pricey :(

i did differents dosages with it, it was difficult to look if it was usefull or not...
i m confused with it

I run 40 mcg split bi-laterally between two different muscles groups.

So today I shot 10mcg into each trap, and 10mcg into each delt.

This is working very well for me.

So what is the current consensus on IGF LR3?

This seems to be one of the most misunderstood drugs. It doesn't help that it's also expensive.


What is it supposed to help exactly? Are they all fakes? Should you run it pre training, post?

At 100-120 mcgs post workout you can expect total recomp overnight if your fairly lean already.
Just enough to go systematic and scavage all micros even from digestive track and deposit in muscle. This leaves you in a near hypoglycemic state were your body is burning fat for energy.
I use it on Thursday with a Ton of food were is I fill out and drop 1% bodyfat just in time for the Weekend.
Actually dosing today for tomorrows Outing..loll

micro-dosed in conjunction with a proper gh protocol is pretty damn effective (and cost efficient)

You can do. I like to use it pre workout or 2 hours post workout. Either way I pin it in the muscle trained or perhaps a lagging body part. The literature states it goes systematic quickly but I 100% notice a localized effect too.

In regards to the thread the dosage varies. I used to use 200mcg eod and had amazing results doing that. On my current brand the drop in BG post injection hits hard so I have been running closer to 100-150mcg pre workout. The results I have had in approx 5 days are quite dramatic.

LR3 is one of my fav drugs by far. HGH makes me too tired. This makes me very tired but just post injection and I feel great approx 30 mins later. The pumps and overall fullness are insane. I am dropping fat but feeling fuller at the same time. Combine this with a standard cycle and perhaps hgh etc and you are on to a winner.

I've been running it pre workout into the muscle i'm working that day, interesting to see you guys all running pre-bed or post 1/0. Looks like I've been way off....

But yea the stuff definitely is a game changer for quick results, just like concreter I load up for the weekends....

There is no one optimum dose or way to run IGF1-LR3.
I’ve had great success with doses from 40-100mcg, preworkout and post workout, micro injected into the muscles trained, in one big injection in the upper thigh, etc.
