At 100-120 mcgs post workout you can expect total recomp overnight if your fairly lean already.
Just enough to go systematic and scavage all micros even from digestive track and deposit in muscle. This leaves you in a near hypoglycemic state were your body is burning fat for energy.
I use it on Thursday with a Ton of food were is I fill out and drop 1% bodyfat just in time for the Weekend.

You can do. I like to use it pre workout or 2 hours post workout. Either way I pin it in the muscle trained or perhaps a lagging body part. The literature states it goes systematic quickly but I 100% notice a localized effect too.
In regards to the thread the dosage varies. I used to use 200mcg eod and had amazing results doing that. On my current brand the drop in BG post injection hits hard so I have been running closer to 100-150mcg pre workout. The results I have had in approx 5 days are quite dramatic.
LR3 is one of my fav drugs by far. HGH makes me too tired. This makes me very tired but just post injection and I feel great approx 30 mins later. The pumps and overall fullness are insane. I am dropping fat but feeling fuller at the same time. Combine this with a standard cycle and perhaps hgh etc and you are on to a winner.
There is no one optimum dose or way to run IGF1-LR3.
I’ve had great success with doses from 40-100mcg, preworkout and post workout, micro injected into the muscles trained, in one big injection in the upper thigh, etc.
