Wanted to switch things up a bit with my oatmeal, normally eat it every morning. Wanted to see everyones go to recipes, have about 3 different recipes i use.
1. 1 cup quick oats
1 serving of pb
1/2 serving of honey
Mix it w water and heat in the microwave
(Usually eat while bulking)
2. 1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
40-50 grams of frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 serving of honey
Mix with water and eat (cold) or use old fashioned oats boil then add frozen fruit and mix
3. 1 cup quick oats
2 oz sugar free maple syrup (go to brand is log cabin) 15 cals per 2 oz
2 servings of sugar free smuckers strawberry/ red raspberry preserves (10 cals per serving)
Mix with water and eat (cold)
Usually eat this when im on pretty low calories
