Right now I am cutting. Recently I have started cramping more often post workout after my muscles cool down. I doubt it's a dehydration issue as I drink about 2.5 gallons a day. I thought it might have something to do with my sodium intake but I have been eating a lot of extra seasonings and hot sauce on my meals so I don't think that's the issue either.
I have heard supplementing with 3-5 grams of Taurine daily can alleviate and stop cramping. Is there anything else I should be doing? Also, would the Taurine supplementing have any effect on my cutting? (Make me retain water or something or other) I don't see how it could have a negative effect but I figured I would check just to make sure.
