Can too much sodium cause cramping?

I just got bloodwork last week. I don’t have hyperkalemia. I’ve been on telmi for 2 years.

Seriously tho. Try magnesium oil. It’s all over Amazon. I’d be very shocked if you applied to your arms prior to a workout and still experienced a cramp.

Ok interesting. That’s good to hear. I just was maybe over worried because it’s happened to me, and had similar side effect to what you’re describing. What were you potassium levels if you don’t mind me asking ?

Also, on a scale of 1-10, how much would you say you would have to pee shortly after trying to rapidly hydrate yourself, like chugging a bunch of water to catch up on hydration if you’ve ever missed water and fell behind for the day?

1 as in you feel like you can hardly hold on to water, you have to pee right after drinking any significant amount of additional water.

10 being you feel like a sponge.

hey bro stop hating I never became an actual doctor. only a med school drop out, so what’d ya expect ?

Not at all, they were 4.5 nmol/L

I’ll definitely grab some. Things have been smooth since I upped the salt intake but would for sure not hurt. You have any specific brand you like?
