very numb hands on GH?

hey guys i was on 5iu GH and started to get headache and very numb hands when i sleep. so much so that i will wake up at night because i hurt to much
so when down to 2.5iu and i got better i am on 3.3iu of gh a day
still have numb hand but the headache is gone.

so is it normal to get so numb hands that it hurts?? i dont feel it at work only then o go to bed and if i wake up in the night and in the morning. i am doing 300mg test a week

is there something to do about it, other that lowing the dose?

I was doing 8iu of rips eod, couldn't handle the hand pain, went to 6, still cant, now 5eod and ill see how it goes. It seems that GH and hand numbness and tingling feeling go hand in hand, at least for me

yes, you have to build up the dose slowly. I had to drop down to 3 IU/day 5 on 2 off back when I was using it and then built up over about 1 year to a dose of about 6IU/day 5 on 2 off. I think it has something to do with the water retention you get but im not sure, i just know that its a common side. If youre still having troubles at you dose then drop your weekly dose even more till its gone.

I just started rips wanting to get up to 4 IU per day, I noticed some slight stiffness in my fingers, but as soon as I jumped up to 4 a few of my fingers would hurt really bad, I could barely reach into my pocket without it hurting my finger.

I'm back at 2 now and I'm going to ramp up the dose very slowly!

The rips are causing that for me too. I usually use blue tops, so I think rips are a lil stronger. Mal how long would you wait before bumping a dose?

With 4 iu rips daily and Peps my grip is now very weak but never any numbness when sleeping. I do find it embarrassing using straps when warming up on shrugs with 250 though, used to have a brilliant grip. There's a little wrist pain when i curl too

Everyone is different I'm afraid I started straight on 4ius of rips a day and I experienced stiff fingers and also hand numbness but nothing major I am now taking 5iu a day split in 2 x 2.5 iu shots a day I shoot IM and I have heard if you shoot IM this can reduce the side effects I am not sure how true that is as I always have shot IM...

I am doing 5 on 2 off...

Well I am on 20 IU's IV a day. For the first 3 weeks on 15 iu my fingers were so numb and painful at night that I could not sleep. Week 4 the retention subsided and I still had mild CTS but it was tolerable. Straps are a must because I just can't get a firm grip.

I couldnt handle it. I was miserable and even had injections done in my wrist. another friend taking rips from same batch had no trouble. some people get it, some don't. I use a different kind now and couldn't be happier.

i am still on only 2iu's a day of rips and its been like 7 weeks-my hands are ridiculously numb at night when i sleep that i wake up alot to massage them-i want to go to 4iu's a day but i am scared that it will get worse-and i am also experiencing pain and stiffness in my wrists

Make sure you sleep in a position that your wrists are supported. People with carpal tunnel syndrome are often directed to sleep with wrist guards on. I know the pain might not be in your wrists, for me it was in my hands and in my arm all the way up into my armpit. Sleep with your wrists supported and it will go away, at least it has for me. I end up using several pillows to accomplish this.

This wont help at all for the general water retention or grip issues, they'll still be there, but should provide a LOT of relief while sleeping.

I have the same issue with Rips. At 3 ius a little numbness, went to 5 hurt mostly just at night. It subsided after a few weeks. So I jumped up to 7 and M**** F**** did they hurt. Back down to 5ius. Osiris told me to take Vit C which does help some. Also he mentioned that Rips are stronger. I think he said 5 ius of Rips are like 7 or 9 of generics. Don't hold me to those exact number I have memory issues

It's weird I never have any wrist pains, all my friends get them. I just get the tingly sensation and a little numbness, nothing to write home about.
