It's something you just gotta deal with.
I find that binging just leads to more binging.
Have a nice free meal and then get back to the program.
Something as simple as following IIFYM for a while (keeping your macros the same, just incorporating more "fun foods") may help with cravings. But like I said, I feel it can lead to serious problems of uncontrolled overeating.
I don't have a healthy enough relationship with food to venture out of my typical norms. I am pretty orthorexic at this point.
I can't have a slice of pizza, I eat the whole pizza. So I just avoid it entirely.
