I agree with Graybass. I am not trying to be an ass here only give honest opinion. You are no where near 8% bf and if your show is in April, you are far behind. You need to worry about CONDITIONING right now not size. Peel back the layers and see what you have to work with on stage. Your hams are weak and from what I can see on your mid section, it's very soft. You need to get a strict diet going and a good amount of cardio each day. Competing isn't about who can be the biggest guy in stage reguardless of what they look like. You need symmetry you need proportion and you need conditioning my friend.
IMO it does not look like you have been training for 5 years but if you have then obviously diet has not been a lifestyle change for you yet.
I would skip this comp and start with mellow AAS cycles first then go from there. Syntherol is for those advanced lifters who do the work and have put in the time but have weak body parts. Your far too young an inexperienced for this.
