Just to clarify, you can be out of optimal E2 range and not be getting specific estrogen sides like gyno or water retention. You can be higher than optimal and not experience these things.
So don't assume your E2 is fine just because you're not getting gyno or facial bloat. The best thing to do is read about other people's AI doses matched up with various doses as a starting point. Try that for a couple weeks then get blood work done at LabCorp for cheap on your own. See where your levels are and adjust from there. Test metabolism varies from person to person. But there are general recommendations for TRT dose levels, 500mg range and 1g range.
