I'm missing part of my intestines from surgery years ago. I have to take b12 shots weekly and get iron infusions every 3 months. I can't name all the test but I'm always deficient in all my vitamins simply because my gut is not efficient at absorbing them.
I understand that, but I am wondering how you came to the conclusion of the dosages you need of the those vitamins and which vitamins you need? I don't know enough about the injectable forms to say I agree or disagree with the dosages? I am just curious where those numbers came from and why you chose those vitamins/supps and not others. I myself have had off and on digestive issues and have a family history of it. So, I often wonder what I am actually absorbing and find this topic interesting.
