Emeric do you have proof of this?
Balco labs (Victor Conte) tested in 1999, steroids given to him by IFBB pros from UG suppliers, they all contained some heavy metals.( lead, tin, arsenic, mercury, cadmium).

For anyone waiting on my treatment plan supplement wise I will try to get to it soon. There is a lot of information I want to present and I just haven't had the time yet.
Take your time. We are here for support and want you to have the best outcome. As for TRT, I would see if your body bounces back naturally before going that route. It just might.
In regards to the bold, no amount of weight training can replace cardio. Also how tall are you because 292 at ten percent body fat is hard to believe. You must be like 6'8. Anyways I am hoping for you to have a full recovery dude I think the strides you have made so far have been awesome but you can't give up - you have to keep pushing!I don't know where you got the idea that My focus right now is anything other than dropping weight. Training most definitly is not my problem. I am already doing 5 days a week 45min-1hr cardio. 3-5 days light lifting. 2 days of pool work. Daily stretching and 2 days of physical therapy which is a hour of ball work, light resistance training, and stretching. So if I am not weight training I might be able to diet down to between 250-275 but it would be very difficult. The lowest weight I have been since 15 years old is like 292lbs and I was very dieted down. To get there it took about a year to drop from 406lbs. I was probably about ten percent body fat. Frankly I will never stop lifting. My body reacts better to weight training for weight loss than cardio.
As for thinking of supplementing if supplementing is code for using steroids then you are mistaken. I answered a question with a strait answer of "I'm going to play it safe" but also added that theoretically if I was ever to do a cycle I would do this(enter less than a gram manageable cycle with safer options)... I was not thinking of doing so just answering a question and suggesting a moderate cycle instead of what I had done before (2-3G regularly). I'm not even on TRT yet...

If there is a legit kickboxing gym around you I would highly recommend that for some of your cardio work. I would burn about 900 calories per 1 hour work out and easily be 5 lbs lighter on the scale after the work outs. Of course it's water at first but it drops the weight and ramps up the metabolism. Sparing is a must.
I'm completely aware that lifting does not replace cardio... why the hell do you think I'm doing essentially 5 days conventional cardio and 2 of days pool work a week.
Believe what you want bro... but I have posted pics at 310-320 at 12-15% bodyfat.
I am just under 6'3 and I am build thick as hell. No training my arms are about 20 inches. When I was at my biggest they were close to 24inches. My thighs are upwards of 34-36 inches. When I was dieted down I my waist was 36 inches... that's right my legs were about the same size as my waist. I did have extra skin which is why I did not like taking pics with no shirt. My avatar I was some where around 330-340lbs.
This is a example of me about 330lbs...
I would love to but you must have missed the part about me needing double knee surgery... torn meniscus in both knees. The Prednisone really played havoc on my joints.
Definitely missed that or I would not of recommend it.
dang bro, that's one hell of a story
glad you got a second chance
I may have missed it (lot of numbers thrown around in this thread)... how much do you weigh right now?
100% correct. Wisdom.Sooner or later we all sit down to a banquet of consequences. So I say pull up a
chair and pick up your fork; the time is coming when you will be chowing down.
Thank you for sharing your story.
And be well.
I went for blood work a few weeks ago with my GP as part of a physical, my eGFR was down to 47 and my creatinine was up to 1.67, so I was pretty pissed. I waited a few weeks and did a 24 hour creatinine clearance with my Kidney doctor with blood work. Funny I went to the Kidney doc today and he did not seem concerned at all about my kidneys. According to him, the eGFR is artificially low and the creatinine clearance came out to 74, he said they usually take the average which would be about 61, so I am ok.....I felt better.
He was more concerned about my cholesterol, which was 197. I take crestor, but stopped for a couple months. He said the LDL is the most important # (which was 147) and I should stay on my statin.
