Dallas McCarver Autopsy Report Released

Not open for further replies.
They weigh more but are they better competitors? I don't know.

No!!

More gramos, more slin, more synthol = Worse level

In addition, the art of posing has been lost.

The experiment of how much can push drugs and food ended about 10 years ago. Since then, the level has worsened every year.

I personally feel that all pros and even top level amateurs are all taking the same amount of gear. They are already dedicating their life to this and would do whatever it takes to win so purposely taking lower doses would make no sense if they could megadose and grow. The difference between who wins and who loses is based on genetics and the difference of who dies younger vs who lives longer is also genetics. I bet you there is at least one local crackhead who’s been on crack and meth for over 30 years and probably has a better functioning heart than 90% of us on the board. Again it’s all genetics.

There is a limit to how much genetics is going to protect you. Nobody is going to survive years of using 9+ grams a week of test and 20 IUs of GH a day, or whatever the massive amount of GH he was doing. I wonder if he was doing peptides too.

Well, sometimes people refer to a "heart attack" but they might really be referring to a lethal arrhythmia. Nowhere in the autopsy did the pathologist talk about the cardiac cells appearance in the microscope, any evidence of a recent MI. None of the arteries were 100% blocked either, so some blood was still getting through and shouldn't cause a heart attack unless the heart is under some sort of strain. Eating a large meal puts strain on the heart, maybe that didn't help. That along with marijuana would put more strain. If you take your heart rate before and then about 30 minutes after a large meal you will see that it goes up. If he had food with a lot of sodium that could have messed up his rhythm too. In any event, ventricular vib would be reached regardless of the cause and then that goes into cardiac arrest.

A person can go into Vfib and not have a major blockage in the coronary arteries if the heart is diseased, like mine. I could drop dead right now and my arteries are clear. It is all about the rhythm of the heart. His heart was obviously very diseased and something caused him to go into cardiac arrest even though his arteries were not completely blocked. I guess it really isn't that important from the pathologist's standpoint to say what exactly might have brought on the arrhythmia because his heart was so obviously diseased. If his heart wasn't like that then the arrhythmia never would have happened.
Nice post. See, you were basically forced to learn about these things because of what happened to you, but most guys don't go this far. They don't always understand the type of damage PEDs can do to the heart from a "functional" standpoint...and how dangerous this can be.

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, especially when LVH is exaggerated, puts the individual at a much greater risk for experiencing an arrhythmia, blood clot, or even sudden cardiac arrest, all of which can kill the individual either nearly immediately or within a short period of time.

A bodybuilder's arteries don't have to be completely clogged arteries in order to have a "heart attack". The various types of cardiovascular dysfunction that PED using bodybuilders are prone to can make a normally semi-serious condition (such as moderately-severe atherosclerosis, which doesn't usually kill someone under normal circumstances) into potentially a deadly condition.

The many ways in which PEDs can affect the cardiovascular system makes a reliable risk assessment far from from simplistic. All it takes is the wrong combination of factors to make a very serious/deadly condition.

Well, like any marijuana back then we got it on the street and never did know how strong it was going to be. The one night I felt really bad from smoking some it was particularly strong. I probably got a large dose. My heart was flying and my buddies too but I don't think they smoked as much as me.

Another thing you have to worry about when you buy it on the street is if it has been laced with something. A bit like buying black market steroids, you really don't know 100% what you are getting. That is one good thing about legalizing marijuana I think, more control over what is actually in there. I don't think anyone selling legal pot would lace it with PCP or formaldehyde!

The fact remains though that sativa strains apparently raise the heart rate considerably and are dangerous for people with heart conditions.

Being a long term smoker I have been thinking about this a little. At first I wanted to say you were wrong about the acute heart rate raising and increased risk. And I think it is because Im wired to defend marijuana because I have used it for decades with improvement to my life. However, I can say it doesn't come without side effects.

As far as acute effect there has been many times I have had increased heart rate, blood pressure and feeling like I was going to have a heart attack while on weed and in a different way than people think when they first start smoking or have little experience.

If I smoke daily for extended periods of time I tend to have more acute issues with smoking especially with intense exercise; hard to breath, feeling like you are going to pop, dizzy, shitty feeling and yes increased heart rate. I will also have more palpations during non use times as well.

I could elaborate further. Anyway, being older and wiser I look at marijuanna as a substance that needs to be dosed appropriately and strategically.

Exactly, and someone with severe heart disease like Dallas shouldn't have been using it at all, or at least make darn sure it wasn't a strain with a lot of sativa in it. Too risky if you ask me, but he either didn't know how severe his heart trouble was or was trying to ignore it. probably a bit of both.

At a young age you have limited experience and think what you're experiencing is just how life is. It is until you have that oh shit moment or really examine your surroundings do you understand that your body has limitations.

I have spent years smoking pre workout and all day and perhaps Dallas was the same. I swear half the pics of some pros like Victor Martinez looked baked all the time.

Top pros take a lot, period.

I saw Iris Kyles (Female) cycle with my own eyes from a guy she dated/lived with (very good IFBB PRO from the 90's , respected NPC/IFBB judge currently), when I tell people they don't believe me.

Her cycle will make everyone here look like little bitches

1g+ test
700mg+ tren
700mg+ mast
100+mg winstrol, anavar, anadrol
Loads of other stuff

FEMALE OLYMPIA CYCLE.

Go ahead and wonder why the female bodybuilder pros are bigger than you

I know said pro and judge... he was a customer of mine for years before he closed his retail store. I saw the same cycle.

This has been a great thread,, kinda scary gets me thinking, im kinda in a way knocking on deaths door.

When my dad (at 60) went into cardiac arrest the docs thought for sure he’d have major blockages. After he survived (it was an absolute miracle the confluence of events that occurred that allowed him to survive) and after his 5 day coma and all the testing he had ZERO blockages. They literally told him his arteries looked like a healthy 30 year old.

He is a highly stressed person who has been smoking 30+ years. Not overweight, just mildly elevated BP.

Even if Dallas had no blockages him having a lethal arythmia with a heart that size wouldn’t be surprising at all. I’ve become good friends with my dads cardiologist and when I emailed him the autopsy he said “holly fuck this dude is only 26? With a heart that big surprised he didn’t throw a lethal arrhythmia sooner”.

Everything you’ve mentioned is spot on with what I’ve learned from all this with my dad.

Your posts are very informative.

I am very glad your father made it! I guess he was at the hospital when he went into cardiac arrest, or maybe he had called 911 and the life squad was at his home?

About a month or so, forget exactly how long it was, after my heart attack I went into a bad tachycardia doing squats in my basement. I was trying to maintain some development even after my heart attack. I also wasn't on a beta blocker and did not have my defibrillator yet.

I had my wife call 911 after about 15 minutes of having the tachycardia, it would not resolve on its own. Took the damn squad about 20 minutes to arrive here and they hooked me up to an ekg when they arrived. By the time they were hooking me up I went into V fib and went unconscious. Like what happened to your dad. They shocked me with the defibrillator 2x to get my heart started back up and they told me afterwards I was in cardiac arrest. I would have died that day. In my thread I described the out of body experience I had. Did you dad have one?

Now I have a defibrillator in my chest and it has saved me 4 more times from death. So I have used about 6 lives now, think I have 3 more left! Does your father have a defibrillator like me? Wondering what the docs recommended. I would be scared if I were him and didn't have one.

A lot of people don't realize you can die from cardiac arrest and not even have a heart attack. It sounds like that is how Tom Petty just died. Sudden cardiac arrest. From a web site:

"What Is Sudden Cardiac Arrest?

Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is a condition in which the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating. If this happens, blood stops flowing to the brain and other vital organs.
SCA usually causes death if it's not treated within minutes.
Overview
To understand SCA, it helps to understand how the heart works. The heart has an electrical system that controls the rate and rhythm of the heartbeat. Problems with the heart's electrical system can cause irregular heartbeats called arrhythmias.
There are many types of arrhythmias. During an arrhythmia, the heart can beat too fast, too slow, or with an irregular rhythm. Some arrhythmias can cause the heart to stop pumping blood to the body—these arrhythmias cause SCA.
SCA is not the same as a heart attack. A heart attack occurs if blood flow to part of the heart muscle is blocked. During a heart attack, the heart usually doesn't suddenly stop beating. SCA, however, may happen after or during recovery from a heart attack.
People who have heart disease are at higher risk for SCA. However, SCA can happen in people who appear healthy and have no known heart disease or other risk factors for SCA.
Outlook
Most people who have SCA die from it—often within minutes. Rapid treatment of SCA with a defibrillator can be lifesaving. A defibrillator is a device that sends an electric shock to the heart to try to restore its normal rhythm.
Automated external defibrillators (AEDs) can be used by bystanders to save the lives of people who are having SCA. These portable devices often are found in public places, such as shopping malls, golf courses, businesses, airports, airplanes, casinos, convention centers, hotels, sports venues, and schools."

I am just thinking that since Dallas didn't have complete blockage of any of his coronary arteries and they never mention a MI that maybe this is what happened to him. Of course his diseased heart is why it happened though.

Thank you Maldorf for continuing to post such important information. I live rural and minimum wait for help is 40mins. In the new year I plan to buy a Zoll AED plus for my farm, it's going to cost about $2500 here in Australia. Worth it in my opinion, especially if someone like my dad was visiting my farm and ran into trouble. I think more people need to look at what they spend on crap they don't need and invest in something that could save someone they care about life.

Why does he have a bullet reloading press while talking about this. It was kind of weird hearing him talk while pressing his bullets, those two separate things that he was talking about didn’t go together. Was that supposed to be impressive. Like I said I don’t know the guy, maybe that’s his schtik but I couldn’t take someone seriously if they were having this type of conversation and doing weapon and bullet maintenance.

Anyone remember when they tried to say he chocked?

Never in my time in various emergency departments did I have an adult ever died of choking with a mouth full of food. I have never heard this happening to a young adult ever. I didn't buy the choking one bit.....the blood sugar crash theory made much more sense.

Yes, he does it in all his non training videos. He predicted piana's death and said we will be seeing bodybuilders dropping like flies soon.....to which I completely agree. At my gym, people in their early 20's talk openly about the 2 grams they are on and how they love tren so much. These are gym rats who look terrible. This social media generation will lead so many people to an early grave. Sure, its great for the business I am in, dialysis.....but I am trying to prevent it.

He does that weaponsmithing on the regular when he talks, he also does a conservative politics channel and is very into his guns, I think a lot of his fanbase likes the bullet making.

He wanted to be the best so he did what he wanted to do. And died doing it. Thats all there is to it. Same as a nascar driver racing around a track at 200mph. People who want to be great do what they think they have to do to get there plain and simple.

He was a adult. Made a decision and stuck to it.

Leave it in peace
