Hey fellas, just wanted some opinions. My recent routine has looked like this:
Mon- Push/Squats
Tues- Boxing
Wed- Yoga
Thurs- Boxing
Friday- Pull/ Deadlifts
I was unable to go yesterday and thought about doing yoga and boxing both on wednesday. The yoga is at 6-720pm and boxing is at 8pm. I think yoga is great and all but I am mostly doing it to promote exercise classes for my university where I am going.
anyway, I really don't think it would be an issue, but do you guys foresee any issues doing the yoga then heading to boxing right after? I think it might not be a great idea if i were to go lift weights after, but boxing is a different animal and I am hoping the yoga will warm my body up and get me in the zone (I usually have to force myself to go to boxing because it is so late, i wish they had earlier classes)
