Workout was same as last Monday, just went up in weight in everything for same reps, not going to write it all out.
Had my yearly work physical Tuesday morning, was happy that my blood pressure was 108/72 on a gram of test E/wk, 50mg test prop eod, 50mg tren ace eod, 50mg masteron eod, 4iu gh daily.

Close grip pulldowns, 3 sets of 12,10,8
Arsenal bent rows - 4 sets 10,8,6,15
Hammer strength row machine - 5 sets 10,8,6 then 2 sets of 1 arm 12,10
Pullups - 3 sets of 10
Preacher curls - 4 sets 12,10,8,8
Concentration curls - 3 sets 10,8 8
Rope pinwheel curls - 3 sets 15,12,10
Cardio - 40 min walk
