I have weird experiences with ash. At times, it makes me feel “weird” out of place and out of body. I’ll be stimulated YET sedated. Other times , it’s only stimulating and then only sedating.

It's a staple for me , 400mg am and 400mg pm
I take it more for stress and anxiety than sleep aid though. It's allowed me to cut my dose of paxil in half and actually feel better results with the negative side effects.

I've been out of about 2 weeks and I can't wait to be able to draw some pay, so I can buy more. I really think it helped me sleep. As far as stress and anxiety, the only thing I think that will help with that is vacation on a tropical island with some Margaritas!

On the Benadryl you might try the liquid children's Benadryl. I find it kicks in faster and wears off quickly as well with no "hangover" like the pills give. I can take it 6 hours before I have to wake up and get up with no issues of being sluggish.

I actually do find the sensoril has a more calming effect, can definitely tell a difference. I use the doctors best brand
