As of now, 1 & 2 are not fleshed out enough experimentally enough to say anything particular with respect to Boldenone. From there being no data on its particular haematopoetic properties, to there being no data on its particular GABAergic properties, to only a weak association between postpartum depression-anxiety and haematocrit in the third trimester, this is all really just... wanton supposition.
I have personally experienced tremendous EQ anxiety despite it being before the time of widespread dissemination about this particular effect (and not something I was aware of), ruling out at least for me, 3 as an influence.
So there's some evidence of general AAS effects on the GABA system, but nothing with respect to EQ. There's evidence of AAS effects on haematocrit, but nothing with respect to EQ whatsoever (whether animal, mechanistic, etc. This includes the study I had been looking for and read, that did not analyze EQ). There's some data on a Hct/postpartum depression-anxiety link.
