My leg workout is intense, I incorporate negatives, and I train legs every day. I have 2 days per week when is the major body part is legs, than on non leg days, I do leg extensions, and 3 sets of 20 reps deep squats with body weight in the and of each upper body workouts. Some of my leg workouts.Just wow.
And what about some leg training advise for 'seniors'?, i.e., me.
