Great progress, but totally get where Chase is coming from.

To be fair that was middle ish of my second offseason, Iā€™m bigger now than in those pics. I was 209 ish in the linked ones and got to 218.

But it remains to be seen my legit mass stripped of all the fluff for this second bulk, Iā€™ve never hidden the fact that was my bulked up off-season weight. I started my cut august 1st and so far going well. Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll post and update of the end result lol.

As you guys know I love to share, and I do get excited.

I still think 90lb in 19 months ā€œpretty leanā€, with abs, is pretty impressive based on everything Iā€™ve seen during my Time in this space- so admittedly I do get maybe too excited sometimes. Thatā€™s fair to say.

I would actually like to see examples of how common it is, with pictures. I def donā€™t want ā€œyes menā€ so to speak to be nice and say good job when/if what Iā€™ve done is actually completely average and not anything of note.

Chase is way way more experienced than I am, so if he says something of advice, Iā€™m for sure, not going to ignore that. Not even just his own personal experience, but Iā€™m sure with the ammount of high level guys heā€™s helped out, the dude knows a thing or two.

So if he says my results are spectacularly average, Iā€™m not so naive as to not Atleast consider what he says in a serious way. Im in this for the long haul and Iā€™ve had so much success and loss in my life that nothing is going to stop me from doing this even if I have to fight my way for 5lb a year of actual mass.

But in all seriousness, progress is progress so enjoy it, and thatā€™s more than most can say on here.

Enjoy the early stage big gains and progress. As you advance you work your ass off in the off season in hopes to add 5-7 pounds of true muscle mass each season if youā€™re lucky. Unless youā€™re Samson- that guy just has scary genes.

To Chaseā€™s point- donā€™t stress over the little things in this phase right now. Focus on food, training and recovery. Save the tedious stuff for when you need it and have to fight to add that extra lean mass down the road. Bodybuilding is a long term play.

Man! I went from 140 to 175 in 10 years natural and from 175 to 230 in another 10 years using,. Just to give an idea of what some people go through to build amount of muscle. @Parabolic33 has accomplished way more than i did.

lol yea, Iā€™m not as young as I look too, so as you get older you realize these things are just normal. Itā€™s not like weā€™re all fighting over some life or death serious matter. Iā€™m almost 31. But I get it commented that I look like Iā€™m 23-25 even after gear. Before that I looked very young.

I just love the experimentation end of things, just to learn and as a hobby, not because I think itā€™s going to lead to any superior results. That would always be nice and welcome Ofcourse though. 97% of it is eating, sleeping, and training properly- combined with the basics of Test,GH and insulin. Admittedly, I used to be in medical school when I dropped out because my business I had built took off and began taking too much time to do both. Thatā€™s actually how I got so skinny, working 100-110 hour weeks for a decade straight and not eating more than once a day or twice right before bed. So this is kinda my way of getting excited and inspired about research and medicine as fucked up as it sounds lol.
