Retired but not to shabby

I had my camera at the gym this morning as I needed to take some progress pics but as always the camera wanted to focus on HotFigure more than me... wonder why? Anyhow here are some shots of her delt training from this morning.

This first shot is of her seated laterals. We have had a lot of success doing laterals a lot lighter and with a complete stop at the bottom to focus only on the delts and keep her traps out of the movement.

I think this is a shot of her praying I would get hit by a car as she is exhausted and I just asked for 5 more partial laterals.

Thanks for all of the kind words to all of you that posted. Dusty has been so busy with his other clients lately that he hasn't been able to adjust my program but today we finally sat down and put together a new program for me. Now that I am done competing I am going to try to lose some muscle from my back and put on a little fat. I want my ass back and since I got this lean I lost it. Again thanks for all of the kind words. You guys sure know how to make a girl feel good.
