so ive always had issues with lactating while on GH and/or 19nor steroids

never really did anything to address it - because other than being weird and gross, it never really bothered me


but since my adenoma diagnosis, ive been off everything except low dose test and AI (letrozole), and i am still lactating. i want to say that it's been a month since ive had a shot of deca or any GH/peptide/anything.


any thoughts?

any implications for this?


what type of blood work should i get - and what should i do to make this stop?

Caber works for me, 0.5mg 1-2x/week. Nolvadex doesn’t hurt either.

When’s the last time you checked prolactin? I would run that lab work and if elevated throw some Caber into your protocol.

I mean I would agree with that logic but if you’re still got milky titties then I would run lab work and if it’s still elevated add Caber. But also need to be careful because I don’t believe long term use of Caber is a good thing…

It’s not weird, once I tried deca I was able to lactate even after dropping the deca.

Seems like I’ve read that certain issues with the liver being negatively affected can cause elevated prolactin levels.

Knowing you’re experiencing some liver health issues this could be the cause too.

Also, hypothyroidism??

It could be residual effects from deca - one month isn't enough to have it totally out of you.

looks like high prolactin can cause anxiety and a small handful of other issues.. maybe that is why guys say they can't handle the mental sides from deca

Yea I'd say high prolactin or hypothyroidism is.causing it. I'd get both checked.

This thread escalated quickly to how bad this could be. Damn.

Get E2, Prolactin, and DHT, Free and total test done. DHEA and progesterone if you’d like as they’d be good to check while getting it done. At minimum the first three is what I would check though.

You could do a comprehensive metabolic panel, lipids and thyroid to be safe while getting it drawn as these are staples.

Likely just the residual of years of unchecked E2 and prolactin IMO.

It happens to me even with zero estrogen and prolactin and with low dose test only. I have pubertal gyno, so i think once the tissue gets inflamed, if you squeeze it, some fluids will come, even with e2 and prl in check. Some people are very sensitive when it comes to gyno and "lactaction".
