I didn't realize how mental heavy lifting could be until today. I was ready to throw the suit on and go for a heavy triple on the box. Ran some errands today and got home to find a message on the machine. 1st can't make it because he shacked up with a girl this weekend. I checked my cell phone as I left the house. 2nd guy injured his arm during our last heavy bench. It started acting up the next day. 3rd guy had to prepare for work tomorrow. That took the energy right out. The 2 others that were there did not seem motivated today. One had taken some skin off the neck doing gms a few days ago and messed up his shoulder in the process.
