200 mg a week is NOT, HRT.
At 200 mg a week, yuor total test levels are likely to hover above 1200.
Hormone replacement therapy is physiologic dosing calculated to bring yuo into, but not above, the normal range. Virtually all U.S. docs (other than those dealing with people who have AIDS or ar HIV positive) will start HRT patients at 100 mg, check blood levels in 4-8 weeks and adjust, rarely going higher.
So to answer yuor question, two shots a week will be a more stable blood level, but the difference between once a week and twice hardly matters. Just realize yuo're on a low-dose cycle, NOT HRT.
