1 week out/ It's go time

Hey fellas. Well, I'm 1 week out as of yesterday. I'm pretty happy with the way I look. I feel a little soft around my lower abs...some loose skin, but think I'll be okay once I carb up and dry out, atleast my training partner says I look great and coming from him......I feel a little better about myself as some of you know who my training partner is and understand why that makes me feel better. I'm a little hard on myself too and this is my first contest, so I don't really know what to expect. I'm about 186lbs right now. Today was my last real workout. Mon. and Tuesday will be all upper body high reps and working on my posing, after that just rest. Wish me luck, I'll post results asap and hopefully have pics too. Take care.

I wish all competing this year the best. Im 8 weeks out from a TX show come this Sat. Im feeling good and coming in on time. I am actually a head at 5% 200 5'10. Not big but, hard as nails. God created HGH and I love him for it. I am eating like a horse and my body is sucking it up....God Bless guys and everyone better pull first place!! SR
