1. Box Squats: 125x5x2 Used Blue Bands-Due to being unprepared I overshot the % I should have been using by 7% No wonder I was a bit slower than I would have liked.

2. Glute Ham Raise: 4x12
3. Dynamic DL 225x8x1 Conventional and much faster than normal
4. Quasi-Spread Eagles: 4x12
