16 Weeks out City Limits Pro

Yes sir I'm back..... started prep today.... been gone for a bit but am now back..... missed so many of you.... landed my Pro card at Masters Nationals in July
40+ Class E Winner AND Overall Winner
45+ Class E Winner AND Overall Winner

Then did my Pro debut at the Tampa Pro and nabbed 2nd in the Masters division... gonna try and do some damage in the Masters class...gonna do as many shows as I can this year as I'm turning 48 in a few weeks...aint got much time left.....gotta make the best of it..

She is... had some health issues so was only able to do a couple of shows earlier this year with a couple decent placings... she's getting ready for 2018 tho....hoping she can stay healthy enough to do a couple of ProAms with me next season.... lets see what happens

There has been NO PRO that I'm aware of that totally dominated
an entire class, excuse me, that would be 2 entire classes, and
destroy the fields with 2 overalls.

Thru thick and thin, we managed to figure out the exact recipe of food, final week prep. dry out and fill out that made you excel.

I was just a set of eyes, you did all the work and I couldn't be
prouder of you my friend.

Awesome doesn't describe what you accomplished!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!.. appreciate it!... What for?? Honestly, I feel my body screams Mens Physique...its the best look for me plus I love it... AND I don't have the wheels to compete at the Pro level...and the amount of muscle id have to accrue at 48 isn't reasonable....nor desired... Physique is my spot..
