Have trained legs or low back in over 2 months. I've been trying to get a nagging shoulder injury healed up.
Here's how it went:
Arched back GM 145x5 235x3 325x3 415x1 505x1 all very easy but stopped there.
Glute/ham raise 2 sets 8 reps
Side bends 2 sets 15
Roman chair sit-ups 3 sets 10
Haven't trained abs in awhile either. Now that I've lost alot of weight I can feel the lack of stability in the mid-section. I'll be training abs 2-4 times per week based on how I feel.
