Keep up the good work. Do the water/sodium manipulation right the last three days and that will help more.

See if you can't get some help with the mandatory poses. Hitting the poses just right makes a big difference. Good luck!

here is a couple from the nite b4, i ended up at 185, so i lost 75 pounds, i will do another show in a couple yrs after i put on 10-15lbs of muscle....start in better shape though so my skin will be tight not loose.... it was still fun however, quite freaky for level one competitors..

You looked good for your first try. Losing 75 lbs for a contest , as you found, is not easy. If you can stay within 25 lbs or so of your contest weight in the off season next time will be much easier.

You probably also want to work a little more on your posing before your next contest. That would help with your presentation. There is a lot of info here and on other similar boards (MuscleChemistry.com is another good board) that can help you put together a good program to follow over the next year or two. Diet is key, followed by training. If you get the diet plan right you will be able to keep off most of the weight that you lost and be able to gain more muscle.

Even if you might not have won your division you are a winner for following through with your contest prep and getting up on stage. I have a lot of respect for anyone who does this and puts forth their best effort. I'm sure that you have learned a lot about how your body works and how you can do even better the next time. Congrats again! There are a ton of people out there in the real world who would be very impressed with your ability to lose 75 lbs and get into great shape!

thanks guys...... yeah my plan is not to bulk again, stay above my next goal....compete at 195, so 20-25 lbs over that so my skin can tighten around my midsection
