1) megadosing fish oil (30-45 grams daily): I was actually stupid enough to try this myself, after a few days I smelled like fish, after a few more days my skin started turning orange and oil started coming out of my skin and leaking OUT OF MY ASS UNCONTROLLABLY.
2) he recommends 10 mg caffeine PER KG pre-workout, for a 250 lbs bodybuilder that would be more than 1,1 gr caffeine. I hope to God not too many people actually try this because some might not actually make it through their workout alive
