been reading all kinds of stuff on DC and fst-7 training and took a look at my own workout and decided to mix it up a bit and to my suprise my new style of workout is kicking ASS its nothing that you guys havent tried or even read about but if you sit down and take a look at your current program and look at fst-7 and or DC style you can mix it up a bit for major growth!!! Now I'm not saying its the latest thing that will work on everyone but for some reason its working for me , and I change my workouts every 8-10 weeks.. I'm starting to think we as people fall into a cycle that everyone else is doing it so it must be right !! As a youngster I only knew one way to lift and it was heavy and med rep range I never changed !!!! over the past 2 years I've made some gains but in the past 3 weeks I've found what works for me.... I hope this will open up some eyes of guys and gals on this board not every workout WORKS on EVERYONE
