One eats his diet with each meal containing a mixture of protein fats and carbs equalling a 40/30/30 ratio.
The other does not combine fats and carbs in his meals. Eating only protein and carbs for a meal, or protien and fat for a meal. But at the end of the day this twin has eaten a 40/30/30 ratio of macronutriens, just the same as the other. The total list of foods eaten are the same, the only difference is how they grouped the meals together.
Do you think that there would be much of a difference in their physiques?
