20 + inch ARMS

I finally reached the 20 inch plus arm goal. I haven't really measured them in a long time so it was a nice surprise.
I got measured for my tux yesterday and they measured my arms and legs also to make sure that everything would fit. Well they measured 19.5 hanging to the side and cold. I went home and measured them flexed, cold and they were over 20.5 inches. hell yeah. I have been killing myself in the gym for the last 7 months.

I am 5'8" and 237lbs at about 8% so that people don't think I am a fat azz or something.

just wanted to share a milestone with you guys.

That's great thats my goal also. I can't seem to get over19" to 19.25" cold. I can't wait to hit 20". Funny everyone thinks they are 20"or 21" , not even close though.
