trains at my gym. Looking thick and ripped. Biggest show yet for him....time will tell.

hopefully my boy johnathan johnson will nail his conditioning and he should place well, he's had a top 5 finish at the USA's before all he has to do is nail the conditioning. still don't know if he will be a light heavy or a heavy this year, barely made weighins last year for lightheavy, so if he nail the conditioning he should make it right at the cutoff for light heavy.

hey guys i got two people i know doing the show, Joe Romine is my cousin he won the Michigan last year and my buddy Nate Hoppe, i didnt see his name on the list but i know he is doin it. He is from Alabama, i seen matt hoppe idk I talk to my cousin every few days and he is bigger than last year and more ripped he says, i have seen pics and he looks really good
