He’s working with Andrew so unless he decides to just start cheating and slacks on the cardio and training he’ll be peeled lol. I’m on the phone with him on the regular Oscar Arden-ing him though so I think he will stay focused.

With his genetic gifts, he’s probably one of those types who will be able to show up at 90% and still take it

At least at the amateur level

90% would probably be enough but it’s not the standard that Kennedy, his coach or I abide by so he will be at his best for the pro qualifier.

My buddy and posing client Kennedy Anyanwu is prepping for North Americans. A little over 8 weeks out, 5’6 242 post leg day. Super fresh to the game so there’s a lot to work on but I think this kid is the future of bodybuilding.
