Just a question for you guys, I am going off for about 12wks here shortly and am just curious if 25 - 40 grams of creatine is to much or would there be any side effects. I have always used 10 - 15g's but never any more and unlike what some say I believe the stuff works. I personally like the fizzy kind like plop plop fizz fizz they say it works faster and you don't have to load with it.
