Well my lard ass started @ 291, give or take a Papa John's large pizza and 4McDoubles. 2nd pic is 8 weeks out at roughly 245, other pics are after prejudging at 203. My 2nd contest, other was 16 years ago, been back to lifting roughly 5 yrs after a 6 yr status of being MIA. Plan on competing again after umbilical hernia surgery.

why did you decide to do a show/get ripped?
why were you so "big" before diet?
Do you thinkn you would be just as muscular as you are without having such a high bodyfat % prior to diet?

Holy shikies man! Dropping nearly 100lbs and shredding like that is quite impressive. Great job. And to do it in just 21 weeks had to take some major focus and dedication. Well done.

Not sure, but safe bet I lost some. I really dropped alot of weight the last 7 days, roughly 15 lbs, and when I carbed back up could not put back on any appreciable weight. Was really flying blind here, as I did everything myself as far as diet, but had some recommendations at 7-8 weeks out from a friend.

I do not know what a CKD is (but I'll look it up)? I carb cycled high days Mon/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday (400-450 grams), then low days veggies only Wed/Sat/Sun, until around 7 weeks out. At that point follwing a friends advice I did low carb Monday-Friday (asparagus and broccoli only) then splurged on Wekends with 250 grams from steel cut oats and yams. 2 hours of everyday cardio on low carbs was such a joy!!

Well, my question for you would be did you lose any strength? I know when I slimmed down from when I was bulking up I went from 260 lbs down to 225 pounds in less than 2 months and I was actually stronger when I was done. If you didnt lost any strength then I think its safe to say that you lost no muscle.

UNBELIEVABLE JOB RED! Whats even more incredible is you got that thin onion-skin shredded look to your legs which I think is very rare when someone is that heavy to begin with.
