i just finished talking to 2 guys in there late 40's . 1 has 32 in legs and the other has 34 in legs. there are in good shape also .we started talking about train then they both proceeded to tell me what they do for legs
they said they workout together and when they do legs all they do for monster legs is squat for 2-3 minutes straight, depending on the weight.(135-225lbs)
then if there up to it they do extensions and leg curls. i couldnt believe it so they invited me to train legs with them tommorow.
they also said this is what got there legs to grow the most in all the yrs they have trained.
has any one ever heard of such a routine for legs? if anything it sounds like a good change a pace from time to time.
