1)Shirted bench (old shirt) 405,455,500,545x1
2)Shirted bench (new shirt) 2 board 405x1, 1 board 500x1
550 miss, pushed bar over my face. 550 miss ran out of gas!
3)Dips 4x10
4)CSR-225-4x10
5)Side Laterals 20-3x20
6)Hammer curls 35,40,45x10
7)Standing ABs 100-4x20
I was rushing myself today with the old shirt, the best rep was the last with 545(Thats around 30 pounds over my AWPC WR!)
The new shirt is awesome but is very tight in the arms, so I need to break it in. The 405 and 500 were a joke but I seemed to run out of gas.......I wonder why? LOL!
