I have been on TRT since 2005 and started with androjel but it did absolutely nothing for me. After 3 years of using it I was finally able to find a Dr that would prescribe CYP 100, and I finally got him to give me 200mg/ml weekly. 25 years ago I worked out regularly. I was diagnosed with hypertension 5 years ago but it is under control with 20mg of lisinopril daily. My Dr says my blood test show I am healthy, although I do not get by blood drawn until I have skipped a week so he doesn't freak out at my T levels which are off the scale if I didn't do it like that (I paid for my own tests at a different lab to make sure no red flags would go up if he saw it) My hematocrit was at the top end of the normal range. I am planning to start a routine to bulk up what I lost over the years. Is it safe for me to workout and I have never taken any supps before but I know I will purchase and use whatever you recommend me to use. I also need something to help hair thinning and sex drive. What can I take to get the most out of my T Cyp? I have enough stockpiled to use 500 mg per week for 8 weeks and then back to 250mg per week in off cycle. Should my Dr be prescribing anything else in addition to just the CYP? I do have NOS supplement I plan using and Serious MASS by ON to help with the calorie and protein I will need. I am 49 years old, 6'2 and 238lbs solid with flat stomach (non drinker) And am still amazed at the muscle memory that comes back when every 5-6 months or so I will start lifting for a week or two but end up stopping to take care of responsibilities. (Wife is disabled from Lyme disease and has stage 4 cancer) But now I will have the time to complete a full cycle and stay in shape due to my new employer/work schedule.
