Took off my ME days this week as I was burned out-felt much better this morning, but kept the volume very low
1. Box Squats: 235x8x2 No Contrast-last week of deloading for a Squat Test on Monday
2. Dynamic DL: 225x8x1 I am now a full time conventional puller-just gotta get used to the hook grip all the time.
3. Decline Sit-up's: Med Ball Over Head: 4x10
