5htp while dieting

Anyone use 5-htp or other mood boosting supplements when doing low/very low carbs?

supps like these are wonderful! 5-htp is the cleanest and best mood booster

other supps while low carbing that helped improve mood like ephedrine, modafinil, l-tyrosine also does well!

being in low or shitty moods is usually something i like to stay away from...

but than again, the power of the mind is more powerful than any psychoactive stim IMO
